Dr. Kofoed graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2017. He began his career in a community health clinic in Southwest Colorado—where he and Dr. Patrick first worked side-by-side. He later became the Dental Director of the Dove Creek Community Health Clinic, helping expand the dental program from one clinic to four.

After years in community health, he moved into private practice where he has continued growing his skills and offering advanced treatment options.

Dr. Kofoed grew up in the small town of Fillmore, Utah. He and his wife, Kerri, have four children, and they’re happiest when they’re outside together—hunting, fishing, camping, riding horses, rafting, and spending time at Lake Powell.
