Dr. Dustin Patrick, DDS
Dr. Dustin Patrick is the founding dentist of River’s End Dental and is committed to providing comprehensive, compassionate dental care to patients throughout Fruita and the Grand Valley.
Dr. Patrick earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from UT Health San Antonio, where he graduated as valedictorian of his class. Before dental school, he graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Brigham Young University.
After dental school, Dr. Patrick and his family moved to Colorado, where he served as Dental Director of the Dove Creek Community Health Clinic.
Dr. Patrick is also committed to continuing education and takes advanced dental courses each year to continue developing his clinical skills and knowledge.
He currently serves as President of the Western Colorado Dental Society, the local dental society serving much of Colorado's Western Slope.
For Dr. Patrick, dentistry is about more than treating teeth. He believes in taking the time to listen to patients, explain treatment options, and provide care in a way that is comfortable and respectful.
Dr. Jordan Kofoed, DDS
River’s End Dental is also proud to have Dr. Jordan Kofoed as part of the dental team.
Dr. Kofoed graduated from the University at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine in 2017. He began his dental career at a community health clinic in Southwest Colorado, where he worked alongside Dr. Patrick.
He later became the Dental Director of the Dove Creek Community Health Clinic, helping expand its dental program from one clinic to four.
After years working in community health, Dr. Kofoed transitioned into private practice, where he has continued developing his skills and providing advanced treatment options for his patients.
His background in both community health and private practice gives him a broad perspective on providing accessible, comprehensive dental care.
