Sweepstakes Period
The giveaway begins on July 1, 2026 and ends at 5:00 PM (Mountain Time) on September 11, 2026. Entries received after the deadline will not be eligible.
Eligibility
The giveaway is open to legal residents of Colorado who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees of River's End Dental and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
How to Enter
Participants may enter by:
Completing an official entry card in the office.
Completing the online entry form through the official QR code.
Only one entry per person unless otherwise stated during promotional events.
No purchase is required to enter.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
Comprehensive Invisalign® treatment
Professional whitening
One set of retainers
Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $6,700.
The prize is non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be substituted except at the sole discretion of River's End Dental.
Clinical Eligibility
The selected winner must complete a complimentary Invisalign consultation with the treating doctor.
To receive the prize, the winner must:
Be determined to be an appropriate clinical candidate for Invisalign treatment.
Be medically and dentally suitable for Invisalign treatment.
Follow all recommended treatment protocols.
If the selected winner is not a clinical candidate for Invisalign treatment, River's End Dental reserves the right to select another eligible winner.
Treatment Limitations
The prize includes standard comprehensive Invisalign treatment only.
The prize does not include services that may be necessary before Invisalign treatment can begin, including but not limited to:
Dental cleanings
Periodontal therapy
Fillings
Crowns
Root canal treatment
Tooth extractions
Implant treatment
Bone grafting
Other restorative or surgical procedures
If additional dental treatment is required prior to Invisalign, those services remain the responsibility of the patient.
Winner Selection
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries.
The drawing will be held on or shortly after September 11, 2026.
The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification
The winner will be contacted using the phone number and/or email provided on the entry form.
If the winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days, declines the prize, or fails to meet eligibility requirements, River's End Dental reserves the right to select an alternate winner.
Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow River's End Dental to use their first name, photographs, testimonial, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Participation in photos or videos is voluntary and subject to signing a separate media release.
Privacy
Information collected through this giveaway will only be used by River's End Dental for administration of the giveaway and to communicate regarding Invisalign treatment or other dental services.
Participants may opt out of future marketing communications at any time.
General Conditions
River's End Dental reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
River's End Dental also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.
Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless River's End Dental, its doctors, employees, and affiliates from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
